🧾Problem Statement

The goal was to Re-capture the offline bidding process of the Mandi onto a digital platform. Our ambition was to retain the ease and efficiency of the offline process and at the same time make our diverse user base embrace an evolved version of the process.

Our high-level goals were to:

Research

Had 1-on-1 discussions with the co-founders, target users(Buyers, Sellers, Aggregators) & other stakeholders who are directly and indirectly involved in the process to identify the key areas where the actual problem lies.

Made field research and formed a case study to understand how the trade happens normally in the offline process. To get a hint of what problems are arising during trades.
